TECHSTYLE is pleased to announce a licensing agreement with Samsung and Marimekko to design, manufacture and distribute tech accessories for Samsung products using the Marimekko brand.
Marimekko is a Finnish textiles, clothing, and home furnishings company founded in 1951.
The company is noted for its brightly colored printed fabrics and simple styles that were a major contribution to the pioneering fashion world of the 1960s. For example, its large simple flowered prints such as the Unikko poppy, have resulted in distinctive patterns that have made Marimekko a household name across the world.
Our team was approached by Samsung to develop a range of accessories for the company’s Galaxy smartphones, earbuds and watches, based on Marimekko’s floral prints.
The success of this project has now resulted in license agreement covering future collaborations.
